Hello

I recently made a post about wanting to fund a research project into priorities-ordering for the Tasmanian government. I also want to fund a project that provides a high-resolution deep-dive into successful political revolutions (Norway, Singapore...) and how we can implement that to make Tasmania the Norway down-under. Sorting out fundraising is something I am doing in my own time; I am curious how, assuming I have funding sorted, I would turn this into a PhD or Postdoc or whatever on getting this up and running. Do you wonderful people have ideas?
