I'm looking for a source of ethical meat that ships to San Francisco.

For health reasons, I've eaten approximately 5 cows by weight in the last 4 years. Ethical for my purposes means the animals are treated well across their life.

Ideally something that fits my budget. For reference, I currently ship top round steak for $10/lb from US Wellness Meats. (US Wellness meats might already be pretty ethical, I'm not sure. Anyone know?)

Looking for a source that also sells organs, lamb heart, and beef bacon.
