Magnify Mentoring is a global network of over 250 mid to senior career mentors representing over 40 countries and a tremendous breadth of experience and expertise. Mentees are matched with a mentor who can help them achieve their goals. Pairings typically meet for 60 to 90 minutes per month for 6 months, with optional discussion prompts. Mentees are also invited to participate in training, networking sessions, and our Slack community.

We are accepting applications from women, non-binary, or trans people of any gender who are ambitious and rigorous in their altruism and want to have a positive impact with their careers and lives. Past mentees have been particularly successful when they have clear goals for what they want to achieve during mentorship. ​
