New Incentives is a charity which works in North West Nigeria to increase the uptake of routine immunizations through conditional cash transfers.

As of June 2021, GiveWell estimates that New Incentives can provide an incentive to a caregiver to complete a baby’s immunization schedule at a cost of about $47, and that a donation in the range of $3000–$5000 is expected to save a life (GiveWell 2020a; GiveWell 2020b). (The cost of incentivizing a caregiver to complete a baby's immunization schedule is much lower than the cost of saving a life because a small fraction of children who receive immunization would otherwise have died from the diseases which immunization confers protection against, and because of other factors (GiveWell 2020c).)
