In late 2024, @Henning Peters founded ACTRA (Acción Transformadora) through Ambitious Impact's charity entrepreneurship program. Together with his co-founder @Laura Sofia he has led the charity through 3 consecutive pilots and recently handed over the charity to an all-Colombian team. In this talk he will tell both his personal journey as a charity founder and the learning journey of ACTRA.

ACTRA is the first charity coming out of the AIM incubation program focused on crime prevention, an unusually complex and systemic cause area within Global Health and Development. Its foundational story is rich in mistakes, learnings and successes. This talk will focus on strategic, partnership, early testing and scale-up questions relevant to most entrepreneurial projects.
