As our Recruitment Manager, your mission is to find talent that will found field-leading and benchmark-setting nonprofits. You'll design marketing campaigns, evaluate thousands of applicants, and select the exceptional few who become founders of organizations improving millions of human and animal lives. From crafting compelling content to attract exceptional candidates to highly targeted headhunting, talent sourcing, and tailored outreach, your work will be varied and challenging. The people you choose become fully fledged nonprofit founders within months—making this one of the most impactful recruitment roles anywhere.
The rigor behind our research sets us apart from other incubator programs: founders start with evidence that’s pre-vetted for cost-effectiveness, real-world tractability and scalability. As a research manager here at Ambitious Impact, your research is turned into real high-impact organizations within months. While most research sits on shelves hoping someone reads it, your work directly feeds our pipeline of 20+ new organizations launching in 2026—each one aimed at improving and saving millions of human and animal lives at scale. You'll conduct evidence reviews and cost-effectiveness analyses that become the foundation for fully-fledged organizations within 12 months of publication.
As we scale from 12 to 20+ launches per year, these roles will directly influence the quantity and quality of our incubated charities. We are looking for individuals that are truly passionate about doing the most good possible in the world with their talent.
