Ambitious Impact is a nonprofit that helps individuals find and transition to high-impact career paths through multiple cost-covered programs designed to fill crucial gaps in the philanthropic ecosystem, e.g. Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program.
Cage-free campaigns took animals a long way. But the "what comes next" pipeline for reducing animal suffering is thin (full take here).
That's why the upcoming round of the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program is (for the first time in our 50-org track record) for animals only.
Application deadline: September 13th
A fully cost-covered 8-week program from February 1, 2027. You get a co-founder, a frontier problem to work on, training from people who have built field-leading charities, and a seed grant to launch. Mostly online, with 2 weeks in London and San Francisco, travel covered and stipends from $5,000 a month. Then, a funded 3-month exploration phase to land on your solution before you pitch for funding. Apply from anywhere in the world.
Founders won't be handed a narrowly specified idea. You’ll be presented with frontier problems: problem spaces where funders and industry want a fix but nobody has built one. Our research team is currently reviewing 100+ candidate problems, spanning welfare tech, breeding, research infrastructure, talent, and finding the next neglected population the size of farmed shrimp. Check out five frontier problems we're currently excited about.
Not sure if you'd be great at this or if you're interested? We think the quickest way to test this is to submit a shortened 15-30 minute application form.

Our current hypothesis is that we’d most likely match this person with a generalist during the program (just like the other non-specialist founders). However, since this is something new that we're testing out, we are also open to exploring different scenarios, including solo founding or potentially hiring two specialist founders for the same ideas if they have exceptional skill fit with each other. It will largely depend on the talent pool.
Applications for the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program are open until midnight Sunday 22nd March. Start your application with this 30-45-minute application form. Note: For the September 2026 cohort, we're only accepting applications from applicants who don't already have their own idea for the next best GH&D org. Check out the list of intervention ideas we're currently most excited about seeing incubated here. Final Call: AIM CEO Applications Close August 10th
We're in the final days of our search for AIM's next CEO. If you've been considering applying or know someone who might be a great fit, now is the time to act.
Application deadline: August 10th
We're looking for a strategic leader to shape the future of an organization that has launched 50+ high-impact charities and moved millions in funding. This is a unique opportunity to guide AIM through its next phase of growth and scale our impact.
Location: London preferred, or remote with at least 3 months per year in London.
As we mentioned in our original post: some of the people we most admire have said "Let me know if you don't find anyone, then I might consider it." We understand the hesitation, but we can only consider candidates who go through the application process.
We encourage you to apply if you think this might be a fit for you. If you know someone who could excel in this role, please recommend them.

It does not change our plans to incubate this charity.
Hi Everyone,
As Charity Entrepreneurship we just want to make sure people understand how our Incubation Program works in terms of setting up co-founder salaries after the program.
Fixed, thank you :)
