Identifying a problem, developing a theory of change, creating a logical framework, and drafting a project plan, etc these steps require intense reading, deep thinking, analysis, and brainstorming. By the time you finish developing these documents, you're already experiencing burnout. The energy that should have been used for implementation and impact has been spent on asking questions and finding answers. Now, after all that planning, you have little energy left to execute the work you envisioned.

This is the reality for many organizations, especially those built around a handful of people. The burden of strategy often outweighs the capacity for action. How do you navigate this ?
