There are lots of lessons snd insights to gain from reading what you have just shared. Main thing for me is that i should be able to look more deeper in the various means and community EA is using to make impact which resonates with every individual, I will definitely find a cause area where i can fit in and create an impact; careerwise and otherwise. 

I am not to give up easily with the assumption that EA has no room for me but keep researching no matter the number of times I was rejected. Also that being rejeccted in one area, does not mean I am not good for all cause areas. Epistemic as a context and concept for me will be studied more and utilized here in Rwanda as we have began the community building journey and impact.

This is a very commendable journey. I learnt alot from the Team in Barcelona. The Team in Rwanda has alot to learn because we are at that Transition process from a few dedicated Team leaders into a community of vibrant and amazing individuals ready to impact career wise and otherwise. Your story is an encouragement indeed
