I didn't see it, but from what they told me, it must have been in a similar style. Love this, it's a useful template for all orgs who run hiring rounds.

I also took my pledge before I earned a stable income, and am really glad I did. This way, donating 10% never felt like I was missing out on anything, since I never got used to that extra cash. I can highly recommend getting into this habit early on!

Slightly leaning towards devoting more funds to GHD, even though I think there's enough likelihood that animals can suffer as intensely as humans. My main reason for favouring GHD slightly is that improvements in human wellbeing, education and (political) empowerment seem paramount to the goal of increasing animal welfare long-term.
I still don't understand why the University of Oxford was not cooperative with the institute, and why later it decided to freeze it completely. What was that about?
