why this, why now?
I volunteered as a data consultant with 7 EA orgs this summer, and have chatted with 30+ EA founders in the last month.
I really want to see EA charities succeed and am concerned with how manual some founder work can be.
In the age of intelligent AI, charities should be able to focus on high-leverage work.
But often I see founders in the weeds, sending the same email or checking the same database on repeat.
So I'm pitching this offer to see if I can find charities who would benefit from this kind of automation-first approach to their workflows.
will this work for everyone?
No. In short, no.

A question that I think helps work out if you could automate your workflows is "if we get really advanced AI, will my work look really different?"
My dream projects are for people who do lots of low-leverage stuff right now, and realise that if they had really advanced tools, they could do more work, faster.
If you work in applied maths, or sales, or research, then there might be less stuff to improve.
who am I?
Here's a little background on my journey so far.

- I run EA Tech London, a 400-person tech community, where I often meet EA-aligned engineers who are looking to contribute more.
- Previously worked in operations for David Krueger's AI Safety Lab
- Have signed the 10% giving pledge, am a huge fan of GWWC.

progress so far
Having seen slow, repetitive processes while volunteering in 5+ EA charities this summer I started work on this.
I've connected with several EA-aligned software engineers and am working on some proposals and pro-bono projects with them.
Ran a hackathon that FarmKind sponsored, am working on a suite of tools to 10x social media engagement.
I'm meeting and interviewing as many founders as possible to understand their needs.
