Sweden, it's a long-term centre called "Skeppsudden". The past owner died without a proper will, now there's a team (including his son) looking to buy the property from the estate, and continue the business-with a stronger focus on cocreated communities (a la burning man) and, of course, charitable giving.
"EA for hippies" - I managed to explain effective altruism to a group of rich hippies that were in the process of starting up a foundation, getting them on-board with donating some of the revenue to global health charities.
The post would detail how I explained EA to people who are far from the standard target audience.
I see a lot of value in some of the practices, skills when it come to being attuned to emotions and mind states, and communication norms that allow issues to be brought up and handled in meetings.
This avoids failure modes like resentment building up over time, or unacknowledged resentment/tiredness/stress affecting the outcomes of meetings and interactions.
I have a substack where I write about a lot of different topics, including presenting some ideas I believe can be helpful to EA/lw audiences. honestliving.substack.com.
Right now I'm doing a piece on breathwork, as a tool for rapid stress decrease, alertness increase, and "resetting" thinking patterns and state of mind. I have talked to some eas who get stuck in rabbit holes/sub-branches of a problem, and find themselves unstuck the next morning, with sleep "resetting" some unacknowledged assumptions. Breathwork do the same for me, but quicker. Picking it up and becoming used takes max 20min x a week, with low risk if handled with care.
