Thank you for engaging! Earlier this year, we applied to Meta Charity Funders for support for two roles: a 0.5 FTE effective giving platform coordinator and a 1 FTE career coordinator. That application was more focused on the career coordinator than on the giving platform. Unfortunately, we did not receive feedback on why we were not selected. This time we focus exclusively on the effective giving platform, where we have stronger competence and clearer potential for results. EA Estonia is a small organisation (currently 0.4 FTE, returning likely to a fully volunteer-based structure next year). Until now, we have prioritised building EA Estonia into a stable organisation. We now want to shift focus toward growing Anneta Targalt, where we see substantial potential for rapid impact. In addition, our previous (volunteer-based) coordinator left due to parental leave this year; she had driven Anneta Targalt voluntarily for years. Replacing her on a volunteer basis has been challenging, and we are hoping this additional funding would help us bridge that gap. Through our platform, people can donate to: 1.
