1. How do you ensure that children are not over-vaccinated? I have heard reports of some caregivers presenting the same child at two or three different immunization clinics, which could potentially lead to duplicate vaccinations.
2. What strategies are being used to address missed opportunities for vaccination? As someone working in the field of malnutrition, I am particularly interested in understanding how newer initiatives are handling children who missed their routine immunization schedules, especially those older than 2 years.
