I think mainstream scalability is really important. Content that has 100x more views with only 10% on AI alignment is potentially extremely valuable, exposing far more individuals to a new array of values and perspectives. 

Imbuing the values of 80,000 hours into formats with orders of magnitudes more reach would likely be extremely beneficial. Looking forward to seeing the organization evolve and adapt alongside an increasingly relevant technological landscape.
