There's so much great stuff in here. I particularly loved how you noted that uncertainty about timelines isn't an excuse to believe whatever timeline you want, nor to forgo the necessary preparations in government, etc. I so wish that "wise planning" was the mentality that so many of our key public and private stakeholders and leaders embraced!
