I’m a Belgian researcher with a PhD in economics and management from UCLouvain, specialised in human-computer interaction and customer experience. Over the past years I’ve run mixed-methods studies on how people respond to technology, first at UCLouvain and then in applied research in Montreal, where I also taught at HEC Montréal.

I’m interested in effective giving and in using behavioural evidence to help people give more, and give better. I’m currently testing Witness, a small app that makes the impact of donations visible, and building an independent practice that helps research and advisory organisations adopt AI without losing rigour. Based in Belgium, moving to Sydney in early 2027.
