Every charity that uses Players Philanthropy Fund as a 501c3 fiscal sponsor in the US (so CEARCH, most Charity Entrepreneurship incubatees, plus some other EA organizations) is capable of accepting crypto donations through Engiven.
However, the charity will need to get set up an Engiven page first, which can be done fairly quickly (e.g. see CEARCH's Engiven page for illustration).
I’ve been exploring ways to donate non-cash assets directly (e.g., stocks and cryptocurrency) to EA organizations. From what I can tell, several orgs I’ve checked don’t offer this option through their websites (for example, the Horizon Institute).
It seems that Every.org facilitates this for a range of EA organizations (such as CEA and the Simon Institute) but not for many that I'd expect (e.g., some Effective Altruism groups, and Horizon).
Why aren’t more EA organizations using Every.org or a similar service to accept stock and crypto donations? There may be good reasons I’m not aware of. If not, I wanted to flag that I, and others I know, are interested in donating this way and would be more likely to support your work if you can facilitate these kinds of donations.

For others, I see that Effective Altruism DC mentions contacting them via email on https://www.effectivealtruismdc.org/contribute , I think sending a quick email can often help.

But I am surprised you didn't Google "Against Malaria Foundation Crypto" or something like that, it seems faster than asking here.
Re: Googling, this post wasn't really motivated by finding out how to donate crypto/stocks to AMF. I mainly just wanted to signal to EA orgs that they should be able to receive such donations (or understand why some might not accept it).

Given my experience, I wonder if it would be helpful for someone (CEA?) to maintain a simple resource listing which EA orgs accept stock and crypto? I'm not sure if there is enough confusion or demand to justify it, though.
