While working on this post, I collected all public resources I could find about the shape of talent pipelines and hiring needs in AI safety. Since the information is quite scattered across EA Forum, LessWrong, Substacks and personal blogs, I think it might be useful for both fieldbuilders and jobseekers to have it all in one place. You can find all the resources with short descriptions and some caveats in this Google Doc, which I plan to update from time to time.
