Did you ever figure out how to donate by bank transfer?
Yeah -- I have instructions that I'm happy to send to people privately. (That said, I've stopped recommending that people do bank transfers, because my sense is that the process is annoying enough that way fewer than 96% of intentions-to-do-bank-transfers end in actual bank transfers.)
I understand how Scott Wiener can be considered an "AI Safety champion". However, the title you chose feels a bit too personality-culty to me.
I think the forum would benefit for more neutral post titles such as "Consider donating to congressional candidate Scott Wiener", or even "Reasons to donate to congressional candidate Scott Wiener".
