We're hiring a Head of Finance to lead GiveWell's accounting and FP&A, managing a growing operational budget and a complex financial portfolio of hundreds of millions of dollars in grants.

As the Head of Finance, you will:

• Ensure financial compliance and integrity across the US, UK, and Netherlands
• Oversee all accounting operations and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes
• Formalize and improve our financial systems, controls, and policies
   

We're looking for an experienced finance leader who values transparency and impact with 7+ years of finance experience, 3+ years managing teams, and a CPA or a master’s degree in a relevant field. You'll work closely with senior leadership and report to the Head of Business Operations.
