Your point of view is really interesting and I totally agree with you: dietary choices are influenced by individual factors, so unfortunately there is no universal solution for everyone. The most important thing is to be aware of the impact that (dietary) habits could have, and how to reduce the negative ones. This is always a question of time and benefits. That's why I see the biggest impact in school education. Start early and clarify which foods are more or less suitable for which goals - and very important: without teaching a black and white view.
Nutrition should be good for everyone and make fun. And that's the real trick/hard part: to show people this.
