People reading this might find
our "How Cultured Chicken is Made" interactive explainer here useful as background and for some grounding in 'what the production, tech, and cost issues are' .  It's a WIP, we welcome your feedback and corrections (especially in the hypothes.is sidebar).

The modeling work we're doing is even more sketchy/early stage, and meant largely as a platform or template, so feedback is especially welcomed.  FWIW we're using AI to help build, adapt, and tweak this cost-modeling.

And note our upcoming Online workshop: What will cultivated meat cost? (April/May date tbd, Unjournal Pivotal Questions)

(Hope this is helpful and not unwelcome cross-promo).
