I am a mission-driven, impact-oriented individual passionate about advancing global well-being through scalable, evidence-based interventions. With a background in hospitality, agriculture, and youth development, I bring a diverse portfolio of hands-on experiences rooted in service, coordination, and community empowerment.

My work as a regional coordinator, mentor, and hospitality intern has shaped my approach to problem-solving: grounded in compassion, guided by data, and always seeking the most effective paths to positive change. I am particularly interested in causes where neglected issues intersect with high-leverage solutions — such as ethical food systems, mentorship in underserved communities, and sustainable service delivery.

I am currently deepening my alignment with the Effective Altruism community through the Futurekind AI Fellowship, where I am exploring how emerging technologies and ethical frameworks can improve animal welfare at scale. As I grow professionally, I remain committed to roles that maximize long-term impact, integrate ethical decision-making, and contribute meaningfully to building a more just and flourishing world.

How others can help me

I am committed to supporting individuals and initiatives striving to create meaningful, lasting impact. Here’s how I can contribute:

Mentorship & Youth Engagement

Drawing from my experience as a regional coordinator and mentor, I support young leaders in personal growth, ethical decision-making, and purpose-driven career development — especially within faith-based and value-oriented contexts.

Community Coordination & Event Planning

I have strong capabilities in organizing retreats, training programs, and collaborative initiatives that foster shared learning and inspire action. I can help design, structure, and coordinate value-aligned programs at both local and regional levels.

Hospitality & Service Design

With practical training in hospitality and customer experience, I can support initiatives seeking to improve guest services, volunteer experience, or logistics — especially those aiming to apply EA principles to service delivery or nonprofit operations.

Values-Based Leadership & Communication

I bring a perspective shaped by faith, service, and ethical reasoning. I am available to facilitate conversations or workshops that center on leadership, integrity, and value-aligned decision-making.

Grassroots Agricultural Insight

My hands-on experience in poultry and farm management may be helpful for those working on ethical food systems, sustainable agriculture, or animal welfare projects.

I have applied for the conference, now patiently waiting for the feedback.

Seems I will have to send an Email because it over 10 working days now.

Don't work to the exclusion of everything else that matters in your life. Apt!
