We're hiring two people onto our Salesforce team — a Senior Architect or Architect, and a Senior Administrator / Business Analyst — to build and run the systems our grantmaking depends on.
CG is scaling quickly and is continuously developing new functionality within Salesforce, supporting new integrations, and building lots of new functionality — including recently launching our own MCPs! Our system is deliberately code-first and heavily customized, and we're extremely AI-forward. These would be great roles for someone looking to bring their expertise to a mission-first, fast-paced and quickly scaling organization.
For the Architect / Senior Architect, an ideal candidate would be excited about providing additional technical leadership and delivery capacity in a heavily customized org, focusing on designing and building complex solutions that support our grantmaking and fast-growing partnerships work. Extensive experience with Apex and LWC development will be important for success.
For the Senior Administrator and Business Analyst, the role is deliberately both halves of its title: you'd be contributing to our admin-led ticket triage while also owning the intake, discovery, and analysis work that gets projects implementation-ready. An ideal candidate would be excited to meet with a stakeholder who doesn't have technical familiarity with our system, translate what they need into requirements our team can implement, and facilitate productive conversations when the request and the right answer diverge.
