Geefrevolutie is hiring! (Dutch required)

We're De Geefrevolutie (formerly Tien Procent Club), a Dutch effective-giving organisation, and we're hiring for two roles we think could be a good fit for this audience.

We are launching two programs: Het Effectientje, a consumer campaign that gets people to structurally donate small, recurring amounts to highly effective charities, and ZinGevers op de Werkvloer, which helps Dutch companies build effective giving into their workplace culture by supporting morally ambitious employees to build it.

Campaign Lead – Het Effectientje (med/senior, 36u/week)
Owns the Het Effectientje campaign end to end: budget, creative, media, and partner relationships (including Doneer Effectief). A lot of autonomy and a real budget to run experiments with.

Partnership Manager – ZinGevers op de Werkvloer (jun/medior, 36u/week)
Builds and runs the B2B partnership pipeline for our workplace giving program — from warm intro to signed partnership to ongoing account management. Works closely with our director, who brings the existing network and CRM vision.
