For newer or more unusual approaches, a clear explanation of the theory of change, key uncertainties and how you plan to test them would be particularly useful.
The circle brings together donors to review and discuss funding opportunities. It is not a pooled fund: participating donors make their own grant decisions.
The process begins with a short application. Shortlisted applicants may be asked for further information or an interview. Review and discussion will take place in November, with final funding coordination planned for early December.
We aim to keep the application process proportionate to the funding requested. As noted in the application form, we will only contact applicants whose proposals appear to be a good fit and cannot provide individual application feedback.
