I have graduated in Applied Mathematics and Data Science & AI, and now I'm a Mathematical Modeling master's student. I've been leading impactRIO - AI Safety group in Rio de Janeiro. I'm pursuing an impactful career focused on Technical AI Alignment research and AI Safety community building.

If you're into AI Safety, I would like to share experiences related to it. I'm hoping to get ideas to rethink my career plans and decisions and to connect with more people engaged with EA in other countries to know more about them and maybe work on impactful projects together. I would love to hear about your local/national group activities and projects, your thoughts on the EA community and your hacks to be more productive. I can share my point of view of the EA community as a brazilian, talk about what I learned with the AI Alignment Fellowship and EA meetups I organized and facilitated at my university, including future plans for my group.
