High Impact Professionals is hiring for four roles (apply by November 1)
High Impact Professionals (HIP) helps experienced professionals move into high-impact careers. We've supported 140+ career changes to high-impact roles through HIP, and over the next two years we plan to grow from 5 to around 14 people so we can support hundreds of career transitions a year. These four roles are how we get there. All are fully remote, ideally full-time with part-time considered for outstanding applicants, and applications close on Sunday, November 1.
- Chief of Staff / Managing Director: Help scale HIP's team and impact, delivering our top priorities as Chief of Staff or running HIP internally as Managing Director. Chief of Staff $60,000 to $80,000 USD (up to $90,000 for outstanding candidates); Managing Director up to $140,000 USD | Remote, 2+ hours' overlap with UK hours
- Director of Operations: Build the systems and processes that enable HIP's growth, starting by setting us up as an independent nonprofit. $80,000 to $100,000 USD (up to $120,000 for outstanding candidates) | Remote, 2+ hours' overlap with UK hours
- Program Launch Lead / Director: Create new routes into high-impact work. The first could be a self-guided program open to anyone. Lead $60,000 to $80,000 USD (up to $90,000 for outstanding candidates); Director $80,000 to $100,000 USD (up to $120,000) | Remote, 2+ hours' overlap with central European hours
- Recruitment Manager: Choose who joins our Impact Accelerator Program, the step that currently limits how many people we can help. $60,000 to $80,000 USD (up to $90,000 for outstanding candidates) | Remote, 2+ hours' overlap with central European hours
